I am ready to buy my instrument and/or equipment

Great! First, make sure that your instrument/equipment is the same as that specified on your application form. If it’s a different price or slightly different brand, that’s fine, but don’t order drums when you’ve asked for a trumpet! (Please see ‘Can I change the use of my award?’ for details on what you need to do in this case).

Place your order with the supplier, remembering to tell them that we have given you an award and send us a copy of your invoice along with confirmation that you would like us to release the funds to this supplier.

Please make sure we know the suppliers address and relevant contact name if applicable. A cheque will then be sent to the supplier within 30 WORKING DAYS (Monday- Friday) and you will receive a copy of the correspondence so that you know it has been sent.

If you are a school then please order and pay for your purchase and forward us the invoice. We will then reimburse the school directly within 30 WORKING DAYS (Monday-Friday) of receipt of the invoice.
