We have a Board of Trustees, chaired by David Hughes, who with a wealth of experience and commitment to music, help us run the charity effectively and fairly.

Jo Harding

Jo has recently retired after fifteen years of headship at Plumstead Manor Girls School in South East London.  She has taught for 37 years in Greenwich and during her career Jo has been headteacher or acting headteacher in three different secondary schools . 
Jo is committed to removing the barriers which prevent young people, whatever their background, from having the widest possible range of opportunities, particularly in access to higher education and employment.  She took the lead at Plumstead Manor School in developing and promoting Performing Arts and Vocational courses and has spent her career providing opportunities for young people to experience enjoyment and gain employment in the Arts. 
Jo is currently a trustee of Arts Inform, a charity which establishes partnerships between professionals in the creative and cultural industries and professionals in schools to support curriculum delivery.  She is also a trustee of Greenwich Starting Blocks a charity which raises money to provide grants to young athletes in Olympic sports and promotes young people’s involvement in sport .  She is also a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.
